Wheldrake Cricket Club

Welcome

We are a local club in the village of Wheldrake in York. Our club consists of three senior teams, two midweek teams and 4 junior teams. The First XI are in Division 2 of the Yorkshire Premier League North (Ebor) with the Second XI playing in Division 5 of the Yorkshire Premier League North (Ebor). The Third XI play in the Sunday Division of the YPLN.

Our Midweek teams play in the Foss Evening League, one of them being our Colts team with an emphasis on learning and development.

Our junior teams cover the U9, U11, U13 and U15 age groups.

Our club is located at the Wheldrake Playing Fields and Village Hall.

All Stars Cricket

We are glad to announce that the All Stars program is back this year with more sign on's than ever before. All Stars is open to boys and girls from 5 to 8 years old. Please see the All Stars Page for more details.

Junior Coaches

Wheldrake CC now have three level 2 ECB accredited coaches, and DBS vetted helpers. We are always looking for helpers and aspiring coaches. Anyone interested coaching can contact us to register their interest via the contacts page.

Fixtures

As with previous years, the U9 and U11 teams will play on week nights, starting at 6pm. The games are arranged by mutual consent so the evenings may vary.

The U13's will play all their games on Sunday mornings, starting at 10:30am.
The U15's will play all their games on Monday evenings, starting at 6pm
